The book is co-authored by Grant Cooke and Woodrow Clark II. Cooke is the CEO of Benicia, California-based Sustainable Energy Associates, a mechanical engineering firm. Clark, managing director of Clark Strategic Partners in Beverly Hills, California is an internationally recognized scholar, scientist, writer and speaker, who received a Nobel Peace Prize as one of the contributing members of the reports by the United Nations Intergovernmental Commission on Climate Change.
